The Human Protoporphyrinogen Oxidase (PPOX) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of PPOX levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results, making it an excellent choice for a variety of research purposes.Protoporphyrinogen Oxidase (PPOX) is a key enzyme in heme biosynthesis, playing a critical role in the production of heme, an essential component of hemoglobin. Dysregulation of PPOX has been implicated in various disorders such as porphyria, a group of metabolic diseases characterized by abnormal heme synthesis.
Therefore, measuring PPOX levels can provide valuable insights into heme metabolism and potentially aid in the diagnosis and treatment of related conditions.By utilizing the Human PPOX ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately quantify PPOX levels in human samples, facilitating a deeper understanding of heme biosynthesis and its implications in health and disease. Don't miss out on this cutting-edge tool for your research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
