Human Proteolipid Protein 2, Colonic Epithelium Enriched (PLP2) ELISA Kit
The Human Proteolipid Protein 2 (PLP2) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for the precise measurement of PLP2 levels in colonic epithelium-enriched samples. This kit boasts exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for various research applications.PLP2 is an important protein found in the colonic epithelium, playing a key role in maintaining intestinal barrier function and regulating immune responses.
Dysregulation of PLP2 expression has been linked to inflammatory bowel diseases and other gastrointestinal conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these disorders and developing potential treatments. With the Human PLP2 ELISA Kit, researchers can explore the role of PLP2 in colonic epithelium function and pathology, ultimately advancing our understanding of gastrointestinal health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
