Human Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type J (PTPRJ) ELISA Kit
The Human Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type J (PTPRJ) ELISA Kit is a comprehensive and reliable tool for the detection of PTPRJ levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit has been designed with high sensitivity and specificity to ensure accurate and reproducible results, making it suitable for a wide range of research applications.PTPRJ is a critical enzyme involved in regulating cellular signaling pathways by dephosphorylating tyrosine residues on target proteins. Dysregulation of PTPRJ has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and metabolic conditions, highlighting its importance as a potential therapeutic target and biomarker for disease prognosis.
By using the Human PTPRJ ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the function and expression levels of PTPRJ in different biological samples, aiding in the advancement of scientific understanding and the development of novel therapeutic interventions. Choose this kit for accurate and reliable quantification of PTPRJ, and propel your research forward in the study of cellular signaling pathways and disease pathogenesis.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
