Human Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase, Non Receptor Type 6 (PTPN6) ELISA Kit
The Human Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Non-Receptor Type 6 (PTPN6) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of PTPN6 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and consistent results, making it an invaluable tool for a variety of research applications.PTPN6, also known as SHP-1, is a critical enzyme that regulates cellular signaling pathways by dephosphorylating target proteins. Dysregulation of PTPN6 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions.
By accurately quantifying PTPN6 levels, researchers can gain insights into the role of this enzyme in disease pathogenesis and potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human PTPN6 ELISA Kit offers researchers a reliable and efficient method for studying the function and significance of PTPN6 in human health and disease, paving the way for innovative research and potential therapeutic advancements.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
