Human Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase,Non Receptor Type 1 (PTPN1) ELISA Kit
The Human Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Non-Receptor Type 1 (PTPN1) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the precise measurement of PTPN1 levels in human biological samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications. PTPN1 is a key enzyme involved in regulating cell signaling pathways by dephosphorylating target proteins. It plays a critical role in cellular processes such as cell growth, differentiation, and immune response. Dysregulation of PTPN1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, diabetes, and autoimmune disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
Researchers can rely on the Human PTPN1 ELISA Kit to provide precise and reliable measurements of PTPN1 levels in a convenient and efficient format. This kit is an essential tool for advancing research in cell signaling, disease biology, and drug discovery. Order your Human PTPN1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie today to accelerate your research and uncover new insights into the role of PTPN1 in human health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
