Human Protein Phosphatase 3, Regulatory Subunit 1 (PPP3R1) ELISA Kit
The Human Protein Phosphatase 3 Regulatory Subunit 1 (PPP3R1) ELISA Kit is a reliable assay kit designed for the accurate measurement of PPP3R1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.PPP3R1 is a regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 3 (PPP3), which plays a vital role in various cellular processes such as cell growth, signal transduction, and immune response. Dysregulation of PPP3R1 has been linked to several diseases including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, making it an important biomarker for studying these diseases and potential therapeutic interventions.
With its reliable performance and ease of use, the Human Protein Phosphatase 3 Regulatory Subunit 1 (PPP3R1) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers and clinicians looking to explore the role of PPP3R1 in health and disease. Order yours today from AssayGenie to advance your research efforts.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
