Human Protein Kinase,AMP Activated Beta 1 (PRKAb1) ELISA Kit
The Human Protein Kinase AMP-activated beta 1 (PRKAB1) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of PRKAB1 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an excellent tool for various research applications.PRKAB1 is a key regulatory protein involved in the AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) signaling pathway, which plays a crucial role in cellular energy homeostasis and metabolism. Dysregulation of AMPK signaling has been implicated in various diseases, such as diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular disorders, making PRKAB1 a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic strategies.
The Human PRKAB1 ELISA Kit offered by Assay Genie provides researchers with a powerful tool to accurately quantify PRKAB1 levels in human samples, facilitating the investigation of AMPK signaling and its implications in different disease pathologies. Trust in the accuracy and sensitivity of this ELISA kit for your research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
