Human Protein Disulfide Isomerase A3 (PDIA3) ELISA Kit
The Human Protein Disulfide Isomerase A3 (PDIA3) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring PDIA3 levels in human samples. This kit is specifically designed for detecting PDIA3 in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants with high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results every time.PDIA3 is a critical protein involved in the regulation of protein folding and assembly, playing a key role in maintaining proper cellular function. Dysregulation of PDIA3 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune diseases, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for research and therapeutic development.
With the Human Protein Disulfide Isomerase A3 ELISA Kit, researchers can study the role of PDIA3 in disease progression, drug response, and therapeutic interventions with confidence and precision. Invest in this reliable and versatile kit for your research needs today.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
