The Human C-PROC (Procalcitonin) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative measurement of procalcitonin levels in human serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This kit offers superior sensitivity and accuracy, providing researchers with reliable and consistent results for their studies.Procalcitonin is a precursor protein to the hormone calcitonin and is a key biomarker for sepsis and other inflammatory conditions. Elevated procalcitonin levels are often seen in patients with bacterial infections, making it a valuable tool for early diagnosis and monitoring of sepsis progression.
Suitable for a wide range of research applications, the Human C-PROC ELISA Kit is a must-have tool for researchers studying sepsis, inflammation, and infectious diseases. With its high performance and ease of use, this kit is essential for any laboratory looking to advance their research in these critical areas of study.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
