Human Protection Of Telomeres 1 Homolog (POT1) ELISA Kit
The Human Protection of Telomeres 1 Homolog (POT1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise detection of POT1 levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is highly sensitive and specific, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.POT1 is a key protein involved in the protection of telomeres, which are crucial for maintaining genomic stability and cell division. Dysregulation of POT1 has been associated with various diseases, including cancer and aging-related disorders.
Therefore, measuring POT1 levels can provide valuable insights into cellular aging, disease progression, and potential therapeutic targets. With its advanced technology and superior performance, the Human POT1 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying telomere protection, aging, and disease mechanisms. Its precise measurements and reliable results make it an essential asset for understanding the role of POT1 in human health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
