Human Proteasome Activator Subunit 3 (PSME3) ELISA Kit
The Human PSME3 (Proteasome Activator Subunit 3) ELISA Kit is designed for the accurate quantification of PSME3 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a wide range of research applications.PSME3 is a critical component of the proteasome activator complex involved in regulating protein degradation and maintaining cellular homeostasis. Dysregulation of PSME3 has been linked to various diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these pathologies and potential therapeutic interventions.
With this ELISA kit, researchers can easily measure PSME3 levels in human samples, allowing for in-depth investigations into its role in disease development and progression. Don't miss out on the opportunity to advance your research with the Human PSME3 ELISA Kit from AssayGenie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
