Human Proteasome 26S Subunit, Non ATPase 4 (PSMD4) ELISA Kit
The Human Proteasome 26S Subunit Non-ATPase 4 (PSMD4) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of PSMD4 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an essential tool for researchers studying the role of PSMD4 in various biological processes.PSMD4 is a key component of the 26S proteasome complex, playing a crucial role in protein degradation and cellular homeostasis. Dysregulation of PSMD4 has been implicated in various diseases including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune conditions.
Therefore, this ELISA kit is invaluable for studying the function of PSMD4 in these pathological conditions and exploring potential therapeutic targets.Overall, the Human Proteasome 26S Subunit Non-ATPase 4 (PSMD4) ELISA Kit offers researchers a reliable and efficient method for quantifying PSMD4 levels in human samples, providing valuable insights into its role in health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
