The Human Protease Serine 3 (PRSS3) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for researching the levels of PRSS3 in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit boasts exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring that researchers can obtain accurate and reliable results for their studies.PRSS3 is a protease enzyme that plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including digestion and immune response. Abnormal levels of PRSS3 have been linked to conditions such as inflammatory diseases, pancreatic cancer, and autoimmune disorders.
By accurately measuring PRSS3 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these diseases and potentially identify new therapeutic targets. With its high-quality components and user-friendly protocol, the Human PRSS3 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for scientists and clinicians working in the fields of protease research, immunology, and disease biomarker discovery. Stay one step ahead in your research with this cutting-edge ELISA kit from AssayGenie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
