Human Prostaglandin Endoperoxide Synthase 1 (PTGS1) ELISA Kit
The Human Prostaglandin Endoperoxide Synthase-1 (PTGS1) ELISA Kit is a reliable tool for the precise measurement of PTGS1 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.PTGS1, also known as cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1), is a key enzyme involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins, which play crucial roles in inflammation, pain, and other physiological processes.
Abnormalities in PTGS1 expression have been linked to various diseases, including arthritis, cardiovascular disorders, and cancer, highlighting its importance as a biomarker for disease research and therapeutic interventions. With its advanced technology and user-friendly protocol, the Human PTGS1 ELISA Kit is an invaluable tool for researchers studying the role of PTGS1 in health and disease. Trust in this kit for accurate and reliable results that drive meaningful discoveries in the field of biomedical research.
Product Name:

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
