Human Procollagen III N-Terminal Propeptide (PIIINP) ELISA Kit
The Human Procollagen III N-terminal Propeptide (PIIINP) ELISA Kit is a specialized assay designed for the precise measurement of PIIINP levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.PIIINP is a key component involved in collagen synthesis and is essential for maintaining the structure and integrity of connective tissues in the body. Abnormal levels of PIIINP have been linked to various diseases and conditions, including liver fibrosis, hepatic cirrhosis, and other liver disorders.
By measuring PIIINP levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the progression and severity of these conditions, as well as potential therapeutic interventions aimed at modulating collagen metabolism.Overall, the Human Procollagen III N-terminal Propeptide (PIIINP) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for studying collagen metabolism, identifying biomarkers for various diseases, and developing new treatment strategies for conditions related to abnormal collagen synthesis.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
