The Human Procollagen I (PCI) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of procollagen I levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit guarantees accurate and consistent results, making it an excellent tool for various research purposes.Procollagen I is a key protein involved in collagen synthesis, playing a vital role in maintaining structural integrity and elasticity of connective tissues. Dysregulation of procollagen I production is linked to several health conditions, including fibrosis, osteogenesis imperfecta, and skin disorders.
As such, procollagen I serves as a critical biomarker in understanding these pathological processes and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.By utilizing the Human Procollagen I (PCI) ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the regulation of collagen metabolism and its implications in various diseases. This kit offers a convenient and reliable method for measuring procollagen I levels, enabling accurate assessment of disease progression and treatment efficacy.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
