The Human Prefoldin Subunit 2 (PFDN2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring levels of PFDN2 in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and consistent results for various research applications.PFDN2 is a key subunit of the prefoldin complex, which plays a critical role in protein folding and stability. Dysregulation of PFDN2 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases.
As such, detecting and quantifying PFDN2 levels can provide valuable insights into the pathogenesis of these conditions and aid in the development of targeted therapies. With its reliable performance and ease of use, the Human PFDN2 ELISA Kit is an invaluable resource for researchers studying the role of prefoldin subunits in human health and disease. Get accurate, reproducible results with this cutting-edge assay kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note:To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
