Human Polymerase DNA Directed Gamma 1 (POLg1) ELISA Kit
The Human Polymerase DNA-Directed Gamma 1 (POLG1) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge tool for the precise measurement of POLG1 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is equipped with superior sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing trustworthy and consistent results for various research studies.POLG1 is a key enzyme involved in DNA replication and repair, critical for maintaining genomic stability. Dysregulation of POLG1 has been linked to a variety of diseases such as mitochondrial disorders, neurodegenerative conditions, and certain types of cancer.
Accurate measurement of POLG1 levels can provide valuable insights into disease mechanisms and aid in the development of potential therapeutic interventions. With its advanced technology and reliable performance, the Human POLG1 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers dedicated to unraveling the complexities of DNA metabolism and its implications in human health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
