Human Polycomb Group Ring Finger Protein 4 (PCGF4) ELISA Kit
The Human Polycomb Group Ring Finger Protein 4 (PCGF4) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of PCGF4 levels in human biological samples. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing dependable and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.PCGF4 is a key player in epigenetic regulation, specifically in the Polycomb group complex, which controls gene expression through histone modification.
Dysregulation of PCGF4 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and developmental disorders, underscoring its importance as a potential therapeutic target and diagnostic marker. With the Human PCGF4 ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately assess PCGF4 levels in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, enabling deeper insights into the mechanisms underlying disease pathogenesis and potential treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
