Human Poly A Binding Protein Cytoplasmic 1 Like Protein (PABPC1L) ELISA Kit
The Human PABPC1L ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of the Poly(A)-binding protein cytoplasmic 1-like protein (PABPC1L) levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is characterized by its high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.PABPC1L is a critical protein involved in mRNA stability and translation, playing a crucial role in gene expression regulation. It has been implicated in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis.
Dysregulation of PABPC1L expression has been linked to several diseases such as cancer, neurological disorders, and metabolic conditions, making it an important biomarker for investigating these conditions and potentially developing therapeutic strategies.Overall, the Human PABPC1L ELISA Kit provides researchers with a reliable tool to study the role of PABPC1L in various biological processes and diseases, paving the way for advancements in diagnostics and treatment options.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
