Human Platelet/Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule (PECAM1) ELISA Kit
The Human Platelet Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule (PECAM1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of PECAM1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures accurate and consistent results, making it an invaluable tool for a variety of research purposes.PECAM1, also known as CD31, is a key molecule involved in cell adhesion and signaling processes, particularly in the context of inflammation and angiogenesis. Dysregulation of PECAM1 has been implicated in various diseases, including cardiovascular disorders and inflammatory conditions.
Therefore, the quantification of PECAM1 levels using this ELISA kit offers insights into the pathophysiology of these diseases and may aid in the development of targeted therapies.Overall, the Human Platelet Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule (PECAM1) ELISA Kit provides researchers with a reliable and efficient method for studying the role of PECAM1 in health and disease, ultimately advancing our understanding of these complex biological processes.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
