The Human Plakophilin-1 (PKP1) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for the detection of PKP1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.Plakophilin-1 is a key protein involved in cell-cell adhesion and is essential for maintaining the integrity of epithelial tissues. Dysregulation of PKP1 has been linked to various diseases, including skin disorders and cancer.
By accurately measuring PKP1 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the pathogenesis of these conditions and potentially identify novel therapeutic targets.Whether studying normal physiological processes or disease mechanisms, the Human Plakophilin-1 ELISA Kit provides a reliable means of quantifying PKP1 levels, facilitating groundbreaking research in cell biology and disease pathology. Unlock the potential of your research with this advanced ELISA kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
