Human Phosphoglycerate Mutase 1, Brain (PGAM1) ELISA Kit
The Human Phosphoglycerate Mutase 1 (PGAM1) Brain ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for detecting and quantifying PGAM1 levels in human brain tissue samples. This kit is designed with high sensitivity and specificity, providing accurate and reliable results for research applications.PGAM1 is an essential enzyme involved in glycolysis and energy metabolism in the brain. Dysregulation of PGAM1 has been linked to various neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and epilepsy.
Therefore, measuring PGAM1 levels in brain tissue can provide valuable insights into the pathogenesis of these conditions and potential therapeutic targets. With the Human PGAM1 Brain ELISA Kit, researchers can advance their understanding of the role of PGAM1 in neurological disorders and pave the way for the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. Order your kit today and unlock the secrets of PGAM1 in the brain.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
