Human Peptidyl Arginine Deiminase Type II (PADI2) ELISA Kit
The Human Peptidyl Arginine Deiminase Type II (PADI2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for researchers looking to accurately measure levels of PADI2 in human samples. This kit is specifically designed for the detection of PADI2 in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants with high sensitivity and specificity.PADI2 is an important enzyme involved in protein citrullination, a post-translational modification process that plays a role in various biological processes including gene regulation, immune response, and inflammation.
Dysregulation of PADI2 has been linked to several diseases such as autoimmune disorders, cancer, and neurodegenerative conditions. With this ELISA kit, researchers can obtain reliable and reproducible results, making it an invaluable tool for studying the role of PADI2 in disease pathology and for identifying potential therapeutic strategies. Invest in the Human PADI2 ELISA Kit to advance your research in the field of citrullination and its implications in human health.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
