The Human Protocadherin-15 (PCDH15) ELISA Kit is a reliable and sensitive assay for the precise measurement of PCDH15 levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high specificity and reproducibility, ensuring accurate results that are suitable for a wide range of research applications.PCDH15 is a critical protein involved in cell-cell adhesion and communication, particularly in the development and function of the auditory and vestibular systems.
Mutations in the PCDH15 gene are associated with various forms of deafness and balance disorders, making it a key biomarker for the study of these conditions and the development of potential therapies.Overall, the Human Protocadherin-15 (PCDH15) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers seeking to investigate the role of PCDH15 in auditory and vestibular function, as well as its potential implications in the treatment of hearing and balance disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
