Human Palate/Lung And Nasal Epithelium Associated Protein (PLUNC) ELISA Kit
The Human Palate, Lung, and Nasal Epithelium-Associated Protein (PLUNC) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of PLUNC levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for a variety of research applications.PLUNC is an important protein associated with the epithelium of the palate, lung, and nasal passages, playing a role in the immune response and maintaining airway homeostasis. Abnormalities in PLUNC levels have been linked to respiratory diseases such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and cystic fibrosis, making it a valuable biomarker for studying and understanding these conditions.
With the Human PLUNC ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately measure PLUNC levels in human samples, allowing for the investigation of its role in respiratory diseases and the development of potential therapeutic interventions. This kit provides a reliable and reproducible method for quantifying PLUNC levels, making it an essential tool for respiratory research.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
