Human PAI2 (Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor 2 ) CLIA Kit
The Human PAI-2 (Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor-2) CLIA Kit is a highly accurate and reliable tool for measuring PAI-2 levels in human biological samples such as serum and plasma. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.PAI-2 is a key regulator of the fibrinolytic system, controlling the activity of plasminogen activators and influencing processes such as blood clot formation and tissue remodeling.
Dysregulation of PAI-2 has been associated with various diseases, including thrombosis, inflammation, and cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. The Human PAI-2 CLIA Kit from Assay Genie provides researchers with a powerful tool for investigating the role of PAI-2 in health and disease, offering a comprehensive solution for reliable and accurate measurement of this important protein.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human PAI2. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human PAI2 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human PAI2, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human PAI2. You can calculate the concentration of Human PAI2 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
