Human Oxidative Stress Induced Growth Inhibitor 1 (OSGIN1) ELISA Kit
The Human OSGIN1 (Oxidative Stress-Induced Growth Inhibitor 1) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for measuring levels of OSGIN1 in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.OSGIN1 is a protein that plays a critical role in oxidative stress response and growth regulation in cells. Abnormal levels of OSGIN1 have been associated with various diseases including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases.
Therefore, the Human OSGIN1 ELISA Kit is a valuable resource for studying these conditions and potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human OSGIN1 ELISA Kit is a versatile and efficient tool for researchers looking to investigate the role of OSGIN1 in disease development and progression. Its high-quality components and performance make it an essential addition to any laboratory studying oxidative stress-induced growth inhibition.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
