The Human Osteonectin ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of osteonectin levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.Osteonectin, also known as SPARC (Secreted Protein Acidic and Rich in Cysteine), is a key player in bone mineralization, cell adhesion, and tissue remodeling. Its dysregulation has been linked to various diseases including osteoporosis, arthritis, and cancer.
As such, monitoring osteonectin levels can provide valuable insights into the pathophysiology of these conditions and aid in the development of targeted treatments.By utilizing the Human Osteonectin ELISA Kit, researchers can delve deeper into the role of osteonectin in health and disease, ultimately paving the way for advancements in diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. Experience the precision and reliability of this kit for your next research project.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
