Human Nuclear Respiratory Factor 1 (NRF1) ELISA Kit
The Human Nuclear Respiratory Factor 1 (NRF1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative measurement of NRF1 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides accurate and reproducible results, making it an invaluable tool for researchers in various fields.NRF1 is a vital transcription factor that plays a crucial role in regulating the expression of nuclear genes involved in mitochondrial biogenesis and function. Dysregulation of NRF1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic disorders.
As such, monitoring NRF1 levels can offer insights into disease progression and potential therapeutic interventions. This NRF1 ELISA Kit provides a reliable and efficient method for measuring NRF1 levels, allowing researchers to gain a better understanding of its role in various biological processes and diseases. With its user-friendly protocol and high-performance characteristics, this kit is a valuable asset for studies aiming to investigate NRF1 biology and potential therapeutic targets.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
