Human Nuclear Receptor Related Protein 1 (NURR1) ELISA Kit
The Human Nuclear Receptor Related Protein 1 (NURR1) ELISA Kit is a specialized assay designed for the precise measurement of NURR1 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This ELISA kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for various research applications.NURR1 is a critical transcription factor that plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression related to dopamine synthesis and neuron survival.
Dysregulation of NURR1 has been implicated in various neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease and schizophrenia, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and discovering potential therapeutic interventions. With its advanced technology and reliable performance, the Human NURR1 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers looking to explore the role of NURR1 in neurodegenerative diseases and develop innovative treatments targeting this transcription factor.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
