Human Nuclear Factor Related To Kappa B Binding Protein (NFRkB) ELISA Kit
The Human Nuclear Factor Related to Kappa B Binding Protein (NFRKB) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for measuring levels of NFRKB in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.NFRKB is a key protein involved in regulating gene expression, cell growth, and immune responses. Its dysregulation has been linked to inflammatory diseases, cancer, and autoimmune disorders, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for studying these conditions and developing targeted therapies.
With the Human NFRKB ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently assess NFRKB levels in human samples, providing valuable insights into the role of this protein in disease pathogenesis and opening up new avenues for therapeutic intervention.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
