Human Neuropeptide Y Receptor Y1 (NPY1R) ELISA Kit
The Human Neuropeptide Y Receptor Y1 (NPY1R) ELISA Kit is a vital tool for researchers looking to accurately measure levels of NPY1R in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.NPY1R is a key receptor involved in the signaling pathways of neuropeptide Y, a neurotransmitter that plays a role in a wide range of physiological processes including appetite regulation, stress response, and cardiovascular function.
Dysregulation of NPY1R has been implicated in conditions such as obesity, anxiety disorders, and cardiovascular diseases, highlighting its importance as a potential therapeutic target and biomarker for studying these conditions.Overall, the Human Neuropeptide Y Receptor Y1 (NPY1R) ELISA Kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for studying the role of NPY1R in various physiological and pathological processes, leading to a better understanding of its potential implications for human health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
