Human NOS2/iNOS (Nitric Oxide Synthase 2, Inducible) CLIA Kit
The Human NOS2 (iNOS, Nitric Oxide Synthase 2, Inducible) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of NOS2 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for various research applications.NOS2 is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in the production of nitric oxide, a key signaling molecule involved in various physiological processes.
Dysregulation of NOS2 has been linked to inflammatory conditions, cardiovascular diseases, and neurodegenerative disorders, making it an important biomarker for studying these diseases and developing potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human NOS2 CLIA Kit offers researchers a valuable tool for studying the role of NOS2 in health and disease, providing accurate and precise measurements for a wide range of samples.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human NOS2/iNOS. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human NOS2/iNOS and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human NOS2/iNOS, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human NOS2/iNOS. You can calculate the concentration of Human NOS2/iNOS in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
