Human Nitric Oxide Synthase 3, Endothelial (NOS3) ELISA Kit
The Human Nitric Oxide Synthase 3 (Endothelial NOS3) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring NOS3 levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures precise and reproducible results, making it ideal for a wide range of research applications.Nitric Oxide Synthase 3, also known as Endothelial NOS3, is a key enzyme involved in the production of nitric oxide, a crucial signaling molecule that plays a vital role in various physiological processes including vasodilation, neurotransmission, and immune response regulation.
Dysregulation of NOS3 activity has been implicated in diseases such as hypertension, atherosclerosis, and diabetes, highlighting its importance as a biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.Whether investigating the roles of NOS3 in cardiovascular health, neurological disorders, or other physiological pathways, the Human Nitric Oxide Synthase 3 (Endothelial NOS3) ELISA Kit provides researchers with a reliable and efficient solution for measuring NOS3 levels in human samples.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
