The Human Neuregulin-1 (NRG1) ELISA Kit is a specialized tool designed for the accurate measurement of NRG1 levels in human samples, such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results that are suitable for a wide range of research applications.Neuregulin-1 is a critical protein involved in various cellular processes, including neural development, synapse formation, and cardiac function. Dysregulation of NRG1 has been linked to conditions like schizophrenia, heart disease, and cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for investigating these diseases and potential therapeutic interventions.
With the Human Neuregulin-1 (NRG1) ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently quantify NRG1 levels in biological samples, advancing their understanding of the role this protein plays in health and disease. This kit is a reliable tool for research in the fields of neuroscience, cardiology, oncology, and beyond.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
