Human Natriuretic Peptide Receptor 1 (NPR1) ELISA Kit
The Human Natriuretic Peptide Receptor 1 (NPR1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of NPR1 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With outstanding sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and reproducible results, making it an indispensable tool for various research applications.NPR1 is a key receptor involved in regulating natriuretic peptides, which play a crucial role in cardiovascular homeostasis and fluid balance.
Dysregulation of NPR1 has been associated with various cardiovascular conditions, including heart failure and hypertension. As such, NPR1 serves as a valuable biomarker for investigating these diseases and developing potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human NPR1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides researchers with a reliable and efficient solution for studying the role of NPR1 in cardiovascular physiology and pathology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
