The Human Na-Cl Cotransporter (NCCT) ELISA Kit is designed for the precise measurement of Na-Cl cotransporter levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes. The Na-Cl cotransporter is a key protein involved in regulating sodium and chloride ion transport, playing a crucial role in maintaining electrolyte balance in the body. Dysregulation of this transporter has been implicated in various health conditions such as hypertension, kidney disorders, and electrolyte imbalances.
Therefore, the Na-Cl cotransporter serves as a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. With its superior performance and usability, the Human NCCT ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers and scientists seeking to advance their understanding of sodium-chloride cotransport mechanisms and their implications in human health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
