Human N-myc Downstream Regulated Gene 2 (NDRG2) ELISA Kit
The Human NDRG2 ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of N-Myc downstream-regulated gene 2 (NDRG2) levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its superior sensitivity and specificity, this kit offers reliable and reproducible results, making it an invaluable tool for a variety of research applications.NDRG2 is a key regulator in various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and stress responses. Dysregulation of NDRG2 has been associated with cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and other pathological conditions, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for disease diagnosis and therapeutic development.
This ELISA kit provides researchers with a powerful tool to study the role of NDRG2 in disease pathogenesis and to explore potential targeted therapies. Its ease of use and accuracy make it suitable for both academic and clinical research settings. Unlock the potential of NDRG2 research with the Human NDRG2 ELISA Kit.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
