Human Myosin Light Chain 9, Regulatory (MYL9) ELISA Kit
The Human Myosin Light Chain 9 (MYL9) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of MYL9 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and consistent results, making it an invaluable asset for a variety of research applications.MYL9 is a key regulatory protein involved in smooth muscle contraction, playing a vital role in various biological processes such as cell migration, proliferation, and differentiation. Dysregulation of MYL9 has been linked to several diseases including cardiovascular disorders, cancer, and inflammation, underscoring its importance as a potential therapeutic target.
By utilizing the Human MYL9 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain deeper insights into the role of MYL9 in disease pathogenesis and progression, paving the way for the development of novel treatment strategies and diagnostic tools. Whether investigating basic biological mechanisms or exploring potential therapeutic interventions, this kit provides a reliable and precise means of quantifying MYL9 levels, facilitating impactful discoveries in the field of biomedical research.
Product Name:
Human Myosin Light Chain 9, Regulatory (MYL9) ELISA Kit
Matrices listed below were spiked with certain level of recombinant the index and the recovery rates were calculated by comparing the measured value to the expected amount of the index in samples.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
