Human Myosin Heavy Chain 7, Cardiac Muscle, Beta (MYH7) ELISA Kit
The Human MYH7 (Myosin Heavy Chain 7) Cardiac Muscle Beta ELISA Kit is a specialized assay designed for the accurate quantification of MYH7 levels in human cardiac muscle tissues, serum, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.MYH7 is a critical protein involved in the contraction of cardiac muscle fibers, playing a key role in maintaining healthy heart function. Mutations in the MYH7 gene have been linked to various cardiac disorders, including hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy.
Therefore, the measurement of MYH7 levels can provide valuable insights into the pathophysiology of these conditions and aid in the development of potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human MYH7 Cardiac Muscle Beta ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying cardiac muscle function and seeking to understand the role of MYH7 in cardiovascular diseases. Its accuracy and reliability make it an essential component of any cardiovascular research laboratory.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
