Human Myosin Heavy Chain 10, Non Muscle (MYH10) ELISA Kit
The Human Myosin Heavy Chain 10 (Non-Muscle) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of Myh10 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is highly sensitive and specific, guaranteeing precise and consistent results for a wide range of research applications.Myh10, also known as Non-Muscle Myosin Heavy Chain 10, is a key protein involved in various cellular functions such as cell migration, adhesion, and signaling. Dysregulation of Myh10 has been linked to diseases like cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding disease mechanisms and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
With its reliable performance and easy-to-use format, the Human Myosin Heavy Chain 10 (Non-Muscle) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers looking to study Myh10 levels and their role in various physiological and pathological processes.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
