Human Myosin Heavy Chain 1, Skeletal Muscle, Adult (MYH1) ELISA Kit
The Human Myosin Heavy Chain 1 (MYH1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantitative detection of MYH1 levels in human skeletal muscle tissue samples. This kit boasts high sensitivity and specificity, providing reliable and consistent results for research purposes.Myosin Heavy Chain 1 is a key protein found in adult skeletal muscle, playing an essential role in muscle contraction and movement. Abnormal MYH1 levels have been linked to various muscular disorders and conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying muscle health and function.
This ELISA kit is user-friendly and efficient, allowing researchers to easily measure MYH1 levels in a variety of samples. It is a valuable tool for studying skeletal muscle physiology, monitoring muscle health in clinical settings, and exploring potential therapeutic options for muscle-related diseases.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
