Human Myeloid Differentiation Factor 88 (MyD88) ELISA Kit
The Human Myeloid Differentiation Factor 88 (MYD88) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of MYD88 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reliable results for a variety of research applications.MYD88 is a key protein involved in the innate immune response, playing a critical role in signaling pathways activated by Toll-like receptors and cytokine receptors.
Dysregulation of MYD88 has been implicated in various inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer, highlighting its significance as a biomarker in understanding and developing therapies for these conditions. With its high-quality components and optimized protocols, the Human MYD88 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a valuable tool for researchers seeking to investigate the role of MYD88 in disease pathogenesis and therapeutic development.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
