The Human MLH1 (MutL Homolog 1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately quantifying MLH1 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is known for its high sensitivity and specificity, allowing for reliable and consistent results that are essential for various research applications.MLH1, a key protein involved in DNA repair and maintenance of genetic stability, plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of the genome. Mutations in the MLH1 gene have been associated with an increased risk of Lynch syndrome, a hereditary cancer syndrome.
By measuring MLH1 levels, researchers can gain insight into DNA repair mechanisms and potentially identify individuals at a higher risk for certain types of cancer.Overall, the Human MLH1 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for studying DNA repair pathways, genetic disorders, and cancer susceptibility, providing researchers with the necessary data to advance their understanding of these complex biological processes.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
