Human MMP-25 (Matrix Metalloproteinase 25) CLIA Kit
The Human MMP-25 (Matrix Metalloproteinase-25) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of MMP-25 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.MMP-25 is a key member of the matrix metalloproteinase family, involved in extracellular matrix remodeling and tissue repair processes. Dysregulation of MMP-25 has been linked to various pathological conditions including cancer, inflammation, and tissue fibrosis, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these diseases and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
With its advanced technology and easy-to-use format, the Human MMP-25 CLIA Kit provides researchers with a powerful tool for investigating the role of MMP-25 in disease pathogenesis and progression. Order yours today and unlock new insights into the complex mechanisms underlying these health conditions.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human MMP-25. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human MMP-25 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human MMP-25, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human MMP-25. You can calculate the concentration of Human MMP-25 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
