Human Minichromosome Maintenance Deficient 2 (MCM2) ELISA Kit
The Human Minichromosome Maintenance Deficient 2 (MCM2) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of MCM2 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures accurate and reproducible results, making it an excellent tool for a variety of research applications.MCM2 is a key protein involved in the maintenance of minichromosome structure and function, essential for DNA replication and repair processes. Dysregulation of MCM2 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and other proliferative disorders, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for disease progression and therapeutic development.
By using the Human MCM2 ELISA Kit, researchers can easily and efficiently quantify MCM2 levels in biological samples, providing valuable insights into the role of this protein in disease pathogenesis and potential treatment strategies. Upgrade your research with this reliable and user-friendly ELISA kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
