Human MIgamma/CXCL9 (Monocyte Interferon Gamma Inducing Factor) CLIA Kit
The Human MIG (CXCL9) CLIA Kit is a specialized assay developed for the precise measurement of monocyte interferon-gamma inducing factor levels in human samples, including serum and plasma. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.MIG, also known as CXCL9, plays a key role in the immune response by recruiting T cells and monocytes to sites of inflammation.
Dysregulation of MIG has been implicated in various inflammatory diseases, including autoimmune disorders and chronic infections. As such, the Human MIG CLIA Kit serves as a valuable tool for investigating these conditions and evaluating potential therapeutic strategies.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human MIγ/CXCL9. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human MIγ/CXCL9 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human MIγ/CXCL9, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human MIγ/CXCL9. You can calculate the concentration of Human MIγ/CXCL9 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
