Human Microtubule Associated Protein RP/EB Family, Member 1 (MAPRE1) ELISA Kit
The Human Microtubule-Associated Protein RP/EB Family Member 1 (MAPRE1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise detection of MAPRE1 levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers unparalleled sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results that are essential for various research applications.MAPRE1 is a critical protein that plays a key role in microtubule dynamics and cell division. Dysregulation of MAPRE1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular conditions.
Therefore, the detection of MAPRE1 levels can provide valuable insights for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human MAPRE1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a valuable tool for researchers seeking to explore the role of MAPRE1 in health and disease, offering reliable and reproducible results to advance scientific understanding in this field.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
