Human Microtubule Associated Protein 4 (MAP4) ELISA Kit
The Human Microtubule-Associated Protein 4 (MAP4) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate and sensitive detection of MAP4 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, providing reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.MAP4 is a key protein involved in microtubule stability and organization, essential for various cellular processes such as cell division, intracellular transport, and cell shape maintenance. Dysregulation of MAP4 has been linked to several diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and developmental abnormalities, making it an important biomarker for understanding these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
With its advanced technology and easy-to-use format, the Human MAP4 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying the role of MAP4 in health and disease, offering precise and quantitative measurements for insightful data analysis. Elevate your research with the Human MAP4 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
